TEAM Andromeda
|
| ANDROMEDA |
|
| Team
Andromeda is the first All Star Team created at Gymnastics
Revolution. It
boasts strong leadership, and a solid backbone of basic
gymnastics. This
summer, Andromeda searched out a few new gymnasts, and is
entering the 2003-2004 Season with new life and ever-improving
skill levels.
With
a large percentage of its athletes performing the harder level
routines and skills, Team Andromeda has become a leader both
in depth, and in difficulty. With three strong new members, Team Andromeda is now the
larger of the All Star Teams.
A mix of veteran gymnasts and young talent make
Andromeda very strong.

Coaches
Comments: Right now, girls, you are in a
very good position. To
achieve your goals, you need to rely on the new members of
your team, and focus on your details.
Every little arm movement, every tiny Waltz step,
every single thing you do is noticed, so make it all count! |
| Trivia:
Name the Gymnast? |
| Name the
Romanian Gymnast who had a Gold Medal on EVERY event in either
World Championships or the Olympics during the 1990’s. |
| |
| Gymnasts
in our All Star Program train in our recreational classes, and
are required to practice at least twice weekly.
From time to time, as the coaches deem it necessary,
the entire team will practice as a cohesive unit.
These practices are designed to ensure the girls’
comfort with one another, their enjoyment of the “team”
atmosphere, and preparation for competitions |
