The Back Walkover can be performed in a number of different
ways. Here, it is pictured beginning with a lifted leg, passing
through a split-handstand, and ending in a
Lunge position. The lower, or “base” leg should
remain as straight as possible at the start of this skill, and a

Handstand position should be
achieved in the middle. The head should remain neutral, and the
eyes should focus on the hands throughout the skill’s
performance.
