This is a
variation of the
Front
Handspring, in which the legs are always together.Rather than beginning in aLunge
position, the Front Flyspring starts from both feet together on
the floor.The
gymnast then “bounds” forward onto the hands, while the feet
drive overhead, and finally, the gymnast arrives back on the
feet.This skill is
sometimes called a “bounder,” a “flip-flop,” or a “flic-flac.”
